Q. What Are The Shipping Times?

All Orders are dispatched from our warehouse 1 to 3 business days after purchase.

We deliver anywhere in the United Kingdom.

We have 2 delivery options:

Standard delivery: 5 to 8 days (Monday to Friday).
Express delivery: 2 to 4 days (Monday to Friday).

If you do not receive your order within 10 days, please contact us by email at contact@otenda.com.

Q. What Are the Delivery Costs?

For the different deliveries options we offer :

Standard delivery: Free
Express delivery: 3.80£

Q. How Do I Make a Return?

You can return your order within 30 days for a refund or exchange.

For an exchange, we will send you your new item as soon as we receive the returned item.

BEFORE returning an item, please contact us to arrange the return!

We will send you a prepaid return label so you can return your item for free.

Q. I Haven't Received My Parcel, What Should I Do?

If you haven't received your parcel after 10 days (from dispatch), contact us! You can ask us for a refund. Or if you can wait for a later delivery, we'll make a gesture to thank you for your patience. In all cases, we guarantee that you will receive your parcel.
